We generally accept returns on full, unopened orders only, subject to our returns policy and approval. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of spare or part orders. We recommend keeping a few extras for future repairs or replacements, specifically now, when a tile life is very short, it might be discontinued very shortly after you made the purchase. We keep this policy in place to avoid mixed batch issues, where we end up having tiles which will be slightly different in size and colour even if these come from the same factory and which therefore can not be used for future sales.
